I have come to this institution (Bell Holistic Center inc.) searching for a natural and holistic way of life. I clearly understand without any doubt that the naturopath or naturalist that I am about to consult with is neither a physician nor a medical doctor. I understand that there is a great and distinct difference between the practice of medicine and the practice of naturopathy. I am asking for a consultation in good faith, on my own free will, based upon my own convictions, which entitle me to choose that which I understand is right for me. At this time, I am not looking for conventional medical treatment or advice. Should I purse medical treatment or advice, which is prerogative, I understand that this is not the place for it. What I expect to receive at this institution are the opinions. Perceptions, points of view, suggestions for a natural and holistic way of life and/or natural therapies which are not commonly encouraged by some conventional medical doctors. *Based on limitations put by the state for holistic/Natural Health practitioners we are not permitted to submit in writing to any institution; such as courts, financial institutions, federal or state offices, educational or medical. Any form of diagnosis, mental health evaluations, health evaluations, or such opinions. He venido a esta institución (Bell Holistic Center inc.) en busca de un estilo de vida natural y holístico. Entiendo claramente y sin ninguna duda que el naturópata o naturalista con el que voy a consultar no es un médico ni un doctor en medicina. Entiendo que existe una gran y clara diferencia entre la práctica de la medicina y la práctica de la naturopatía. Solicito una consulta de buena fe, por mi propia voluntad, en base a mis propias convicciones, que me dan derecho a elegir lo que entiendo que es adecuado para mí. En este momento, no estoy buscando un tratamiento o consejo médico convencional. Si busco un tratamiento o consejo médico, lo cual es una prerrogativa, entiendo que este no es el lugar para ello. Lo que espero recibir en esta institución son opiniones, percepciones, puntos de vista, sugerencias para un estilo de vida natural y holístico y/o terapias naturales que no suelen ser recomendadas por algunos médicos convencionales. *De acuerdo con las limitaciones impuestas por el estado para los profesionales de la salud holística/natural, no se nos permite enviar por escrito a ninguna institución; como tribunales, instituciones financieras, oficinas federales o estatales, educativas o médicas. Cualquier forma de diagnóstico, evaluaciones de salud mental, evaluaciones de salud u opiniones similares.
