Our retreat is all about connecting with nature through exploring some of the most beautiful places in northern California. Why Mt. Shasta?

Mt. Shasta is considered one of the sacred Chakras of the Earth. This means that just like a select few places (Mount Of Olives, Mount Sinai, And The Great Pyramid of Giza) around the world, Mt. Shasta resonates with spiritual energy and many people hold this area of Northern CA sacred ground. Many mysterious events have happened in and around Mt. Shasta and many that we have witnessed at our retreats. This is why Mt. Shasta has such allure and intrigue. Not to mention the immense beauty that this place holds.

What is the retreat all about?

We are an active group and our goal is to inspire you to stay active and enjoy the pure beauty of nature, for this reason we visit some of the most beautiful places around Shasta. We hike every day discovering awe inspiring views all while giving classes at every location. Our classes are meant to educate you on the geology of Mt. Shasta, mysteries of the region, legends/ Native American folklore and natural holistic techniques such as meditation, mindfulness and much more. Here at Bell Holistic Center we strive to educate and bring awareness to natural holistic health.

Who can participate?

Our retreat is family oriented experience, for this reason we have activities for all levels of physical fitness. Please keep in mind that the more active and prepared you come to our retreat the better the experience, that way you never miss out on any of our planned activities. We expect our participants to be able to hike 4 miles a day at the retreat. Any person with a physical disability is advice to reach out to us before enrolling to make sure we can accommodate. At Bell Holistic Center we have a motto that says “Health is first.” For many people health is the absence of symptoms but to us health is being in harmony with yourself and within your environment. • Guided Tour to all locations

What’s NOT included:

• Transportation to Mt. Shasta/ Crater Lake - Please bring your own vehicle or carpool with another participant.

• Meals during the trip
